88fbe Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

To register and use the 88fbe Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 88fbe Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of or access the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register applicable to you, and you must not be a current or former employee of 88fbe or any of its affiliated companies.

88fbe reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be subject to review in accordance with applicable law.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 88fbe Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update that information promptly if it changes.

• You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 88fbe immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 88fbe will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
• You must not use another player's account or allow any other person to use your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• 88fbe reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
